the second QB is a pretty decent scrambler. the Arizona QB was a good scrambler and that was a key part of their package. in this new league the DL are far ahead of the OL, so the QBs who can and will move are going to have more success in general. Hack ran 4.8 40 at NFL Combine so he has the capability when he wants to. he also did this a few times and was successful. it would appear if he can present some threat to run that he can reduce some of the heat (same thing we said when he was a JR at PSU). in fact one of the big differences in PSU 2016 is that Trace didn't get sacked and cause drives to end as much.
the most successful year in Hack's career was FR with OB and a not too bad OL, plus a couple WRs/TEs. his following years with PSU were a completely different matter as well as the Jets. hope he can get enough support to see what he really has.
