I'll be honest...I believe we were what, 5-9 in B1G play after the loss to MD? Anyone who truly thought we would be in the tournament at that point is kidding themselves. I think it shows that we probably underachieved in the regular season, coughing up numerous close games despite having a veteran team. But, the conf tourny affords a 2nd life for so many programs. Who would have thunk this three games in? Probably nobody. I'm loving it.

I noticed that our side of the bracket was full of teams we had already beaten. Thought it was possible if we got past Illinois, but honestly did not think we would

I definitely thought it was possible…we’re a very high variance team that had a chance to beat anyone (and I liked the Illinois and NW matchups). But we are still a bad shooting night away from losing to anyone.

My keys the past few weeks have been getting to the line more and getting offensive rebounds…we needed a way to generate more offense outside of making 3s.

Our big advantage is we have four guys that could go off for 20+ on any given night (Pickett, Lundy, Funk and Wynter). Our big disadvantage is we have four guys that can miss everything they throw up on any given night (Lundy, Funk, Wynter, and Dreadd). If they all get hot on the same night, look out.
