IF you made 100% profit, that is not typical. Post a screen shot of your claim if you want us to believe it. Again, all major indices are no better than barely breaking even in inflation-adjusted returns since the start of 2021. So, the average investor has lost 3+ years of compounding already. If your portfolio is heavily tracking small caps, they (Russell 2k) are down an inflation-adjusted 33% since the start of 2021. Small businesses are being killed off in this economy. But the DOW, NASDAQ, and S&P are at least close to matching inflation.

How about this, if you post a screen shot of all your alleged real estate holdings and their purchase prices and estimated current market/rental values, maybe we'll start to believe you.
