If you are a wrestling fan, or anyone that has ever faced any adversity, you need to watch this movie as soon as possible.

I just checked and can't find anywhere nearby that's showing it. I've never been as big a fan of women's wrestling as many of you here, but it's growing on me and Helen's a class act.

How do you watch it? Is it streaming anywhere? I couldn’t find it, other than at sites I did not recognize, so don’t trust.

I get the impression that it's a limited release in theaters, but like I said, not playing near me in South Carolina. Not sure about up home in PA.

Not in Wilkes-Barre or Scranton either.

It was released literally for one night (last night, Thursday 3/30) in a handful of theaters across the country. One single showing nationwide.

Even Helen is not sure if there will be more access and through what avenue.

it's got chris pratt's name attached to it. i'm betting they did a small release to get some good publicity and they're shopping it around to streaming services as we speak.

The ability to find a theatre location is atrocious! Worst I've ever seen.

SPOILER ALERT

I attended a viewing in NJ last night - very uplifting. Showed a lot of wrestling action, including in the Penn State wrestling room where Helen suffered a MCL tear 6 weeks before the Tokyo Olympics. Cameo appearances by a lot of PSU folks (Casey, Cody, etc); also dodgeball. Helen still suffers PTSD to this day, due to repeated concussions. I happened to attend with a friend who works with ppl with head injuries who said that was not uncommon.

I still don't understand how a movie has never been made about Gable's life. Bro uses wrestling to hold his family together after his sister is raped and murdered. Crap even sounds cinematic.

I see it is produced by Chris Pratt, once a place winner @215 in Washington State HS championships.

I know he's made vids encouraging the women's team.

On Patrol: Live

Not only on in Wilkes-Barre; but foillowing WB PD. Guy T-Boned the police car with the "featured" officer and crew inside. Weird thinking, yeah that's a couple blocks from Breaker Brewing Co. in Georgetown.
Rebel,
Are you from W-B? There are a few of us in the area.

Crestwood always has a fine sports tradition.

The guys that own Breaker are nice guys and produce a tasty product. Lunch Pale ale was a good seller at my place.

I had 3 offices out there at 1 point. 2 offices on 315 beside leggios pizza and 1 down town by katana and what the fork. Stay at the woodlands and frequent the casino as well as gentleman's 10

Katana was my favorite restaurant in the area.

There were a couple state champs, several college football and at least one NFL player (Bibla), who I think coached one of hias sons to a state place this year. On the ladies side, the field hockey team was a power for decades.

Unfortunately, D2 isn't as competitive in wrestling as it used to be.

What is "your place"?

Had a lunch pail ale for my beverage du jour during NCAA's..

The Sante Fe Pils (with the Santa Fe Railroad "Warbonnet" inspired insignia) is also very good as are just about all.

I sold Fiddler's Green in Luzerne.

Yes district 2 is down for wrestling. I believe Bibla had his kid wrestling.

District 2 field hockey is flourishing and the Comets are still a power and getting even better.
