on almost every kickoff, Penn State is calling for a fair catch. I understand the advantageous spot on the 25yd. line on a fair catch; but the one time, the player called it from the 12yd. line. Are you telling me that they believed they couldn't get 13 more yds.? Are these kickers kicking it so high that there’s almost no room for a return? On that particular fair play catch from the 12yd. line, that I outlined, it didn’t look like anyone was within 5-7 yds. of the fair catch. Doesn’t anyone want to do kickoff returns anymore?
