Long story short.... Would broken vegetable and crisper drawers in an 11 year old fridge be conciderd normal " wear and tear"?

It'll be quicker for you to just call the claim line and ask them. I've had to do claims through my home warranty, taking some to the second level to get satisfaction and it's usually a pretty quick process. Plus, I'm not sure you could even find replacement drawers for a fridge that old. Good luck!

you are going to pay your $100 deductible for them to buy you a couple of new drawers, not sure you make out.

I had some other problems with it so I thought I'd get those fixed while I was at it... My problem is the idiot they sent out told the warranty company that I was jumping up and down on them or some shit... The fridge is 11 years old.... Pulling a plastic bin in and out for that long sure seems like wear and tear to me.

I would certainly lump that into wear and tear.

The cost of the warranty deductible is probably more than just buying the parts.
