ROSEMONT, Ill. –Nine Big Ten Conference games in the Bryce Jordan Center and a “home” date at The Palestra in Philadelphia comprise the Penn State men’s basketball home schedule for 2019-20. The Big Ten Conference released the full 20-game slate of league games, which includes four Saturday home games at the BJC.
"The entire schedule has been released and we look forward to building off the momentum from the end of last season," said Penn State men's basketball coach Patrick Chambers. "Our schedule presents tremendous opportunities to grow and improve."
Game times and broadcast designations will be announced at a later date.
Two early conference games in December begin with Penn State on the road at Ohio State on Saturday, Dec. 7 in the Big Ten opener. The Nittany Lions begin a four-game homestand against Big Ten foe Maryland on Tuesday, Dec. 10, followed by three nonconference opponents to end the 2019 portion of the schedule. With the dates now set for the December Big Ten games, the return game for Penn State and Alabama will be Saturday, Dec. 14 in the BJC.
