I recall reading on here many posts that said JoeMo wasn't ready either. His Patriot League experience wouldn't translate to the Big. He had only been at UConn. He's not used to calling plays against fast defenses, etc. that worked out pretty well. I trust Franklin to make the right decision.

Helfrich would be fun but there are no shortage of capable options here, including in-house. I’m not even remotely worried.

Also, when you consider the condition of the program and talent on hand or coming in, this is a VERY attractive job
