I bumped @ILLINOISLION thread, I know there were a few other prediction threads, but didn't see all of them.

How about Barkley's season:

I think he'll do 1500 and 18 just building off of last year alone. The problem is where can he come up with another 1000 all purpose yard and 10 more tds with another 4* and 5* in the backfield and an OL that is finding itself in a new offense. If he were to do that we'd win a heck of a lot of games. Not a bad bet at all though. Guys come out of no where every year to be in the top 5 voting. Plus I've been on record as saying it will happen before he leaves so why not this year!
And I NAILED Barkley's season!! Yay me.

How did everyone else do?

I didn't predict anything about Saquon. I did expect us to have a similar record to 2014 and 2015, but I thought the schedule would be harder and that we would show very significant improvement by the end of the season.
About the only thing I got right was the part about improvement.

Not as well as what we actually did. I was figuring 7-9 wins. Less after the Michigan game.

I predicted 8-4 and would have been ecstatic (before the season began) to win that many games. I am very pleased that I was too pessimistic.

The Minnesota game was the turning point, and within that game the 80 yard TD from McSorely to Charles was the play. I remember sitting in the stands next to some loudmouthed Minny fan thinking how our offense looked kaput, especially on third down. After that play, the offense started believing in itself and the defense got some inspiration ( although what they really needed were LB's ). Jordan Smith also probably saved the season for us by making an interception in the end zone.
