So looking at Ryan's starting O and D it becomes obvious we now have a ton of depth and return a slew of starters or guys who will play a lot this year. So here is my TIC way for us to position ourselves for an MNC.
First I don't think Trace was ever redshirted. If he did this is all for naught.
. Trace starts first 2 games and then sits for Kent State - side benefit Tommy or Sean get some live fire. Tommy comes back for Illinois and tOSU If we win both carry on as normal and go for it this year. If tOSU beats us we sit Trace for the rest of this year. Tommy gets his year as a starter which he deserves and Trace comes back with next years team which could be unstoppable.
