Huff with a great Tweet this morning....

MSU printed something almost identical last year. JH has to love that he is inside so many heads in this league. One would think Ahia State has earned the right to talk smack to JH, but PSU is 0-2 against him.

It's not about hairball being in everyone's head. It's about everyone realizing he's an overrated dick and calling him on it.

hairball should win more.

We are! the reigning B1G champs.

I don't see the value that the Italy trip brings from a football perspective. It's a nice free trip, but quite possibly a distraction during spring ball. Would it really help to sway a recruit? Maybe, but whatever.

And I don't see how this can help recruiting ...... unless the recruit has enrolled early and is already on campus. Apparently, these types of trips have been 'outlawed' by the NCAA effective next fall so any future recruits won't get to participate, or is this all up for review because Harbaugh has sway over the B1G and NCAA? Will Delaney come out with special 'one team' rule exempting UM from the vagaries of the NCAA? He's alredy done it with the FNC committee!

And he finished 3rd behind PSU while PSU won the B1G. PSU also finished higher in the rankings, both from the AP and the Playoff Committee before the Bowls. Yeah, I'm sure Jimmy's thrilled with that. Maybe you'll think a little before putting something out of context next time.

Not even did he finish 3rd this year ... he finished 3rd LAST year as well. The highest paid coach in the conference can't finish better than 3rd in his own division lol. He's not in anyone's heads other than them thinking he's probably a tad overrated.

The only head he is in is his own, I'd guess about finger deep...

If anyone wants to talk about "hot seats" going into 2017:

- Guy gets paid bookoo $$$$$, and gets a free rein to do whatever the hell he wants with a seemingly bottomless expense account

- Inherits an incredibly deep and veteran roster

- Finishes third in his 7 team division both years (including two losses to "ThatSchoolDownSouth")

- Has THIRTY EIGHT 4 and 5 star recruits in the last three recruiting classes (FWIW, while doing what folks would consider a remarkable job of re-stocking an empty cupboard, PSU has 25 4 and 5 stars over the same time period)

If he don't put together a great year - and kick ass against OSU's "wet behind the ears roster" - he's gonna' look a lot more like Charlie Weis ....... than like Vince Lombardi (or even Bo "I can't win a Rose Bowl" Schembechler)

His last season in the NFL, the Niners finished third as well.

This falls under a different category that the high school visits that are being outlawed. Once every four years a team is allowed to do some sort of European exhibition trip but I don't know all the rules surrounding it. Mostly it's basketball teams that do this, as we did in 2013. I don't recall a football team doing it before though. That's got to cost quite a bit.

hairball defines style over substance. While many initially people fall for style because it's shiny and easy, most don't like his style once they see it. Of course, since he has no substance, style is his only option.

I love how people hype Michigan...the same school that hasn't won the BIG since 2004 and they split it with Iowa that year. If they are the poster children for overrated then IDK what is.

Definitely not on the hot seat anytime soon. He's doing a great job and providing huge value.

But the antics may catch up with him, both on-field and off.

michigan athletic supporters and the media are wanting the success that michigan had under bo schembechler. Of course, they were overrated annually back then too.

College Admins value two things wrt "Sports" on their campuses (and they are usually, but not always, highly-correlated):

1 - $$$$$$$$......sell tickets

2 - Give me a reason (winning) to puff out my chest and get a (all too infrequent) hard-on

3 - "Don't be a complete douchebag".....comes way down the list - and not at all if Items 1 and 2 are taken care of.

Jimmah - thus far - has managed "Item 1".

If he doesn't soon come through on "Item 2", "Item 1" will soon fall off as well (fans are very "short-term-memory" beasts......and fickle)

And "Item 3" will gain more attention.

I doubt it happens this year....but no coach has a REAL long leash anymore.

He never won the PAC 12 either.

Last UM B1G championship was when?

Anybody else remember Michigan fans ripping Penn State back in 2004 that it had been a whole 10 years since Penn State had won the conference?

I do!
