For me the success of PSU's season mostly boils down to beating the good teams/great programs on our schedule. (ie. Michigan and Ohio State) With the BIGS current divisional alignment beating Michigan and Ohio State is paramount to PSU. Yesterday, our boys beat Michigan!!!!

Let's not ruin the feeling with all the negative posts and thoughts. Beating Michigan is always a HUGE deal, no matter how it's done.

Here are some positive thoughts:

1) White Out was amazing. Was it one of the better ones? Weather and being 6-0 helped. The recruits had to LOVE the atmosphere.

2) K J Hamler is a beast. He showed up against MICHIGAN. Big time players make Big Time Plays in BIG games. KJ is Big Time.

3) Micah Parsons a Big Time Player. He dominated. The only thing that is missing is his resume is the splash plays you get with the all time greats, like LaVar. The good news he is only a true sophomore.

4) Shaka Toney is getting better. He did well against the run game!

5) Props to Slade on that big run in the first quarter. He's received a lot of flack on this board. His run on that drive led helped lead to a TD.

6) Pat F is awesome and hopefully we continue to feed him the ball!

7) Thought the Olines pass protection was decent. I don't get a chance to review film or a second watch like others, but I don't recall too many breakdowns. Michigan is a great defensive team, so a decent showing against them is saying something. We only have one or two seniors on the line. Is Fries in his last year?

8) Props to the entire defense. They played well considering they were on the field so long. The game was never going to be a shut out. Michigan recruits elite players like PSU. They are a veteran team, though have previously struggled in prior games to implement a brand new scheme. PSU players stepped up in the end. Outside of Garrett Taylor, John Reid, and Jan Johnson who else is a Senior on this unit? The young guys stepped up.

9) I'm happy for Lamont Wade. He's been playing better all season. I hate some on this board expect perfection. PSU is not going to shut out every team they play and they are going to give up yards. Other teams have good players and work hard too. Lamont Wade has made some good plays this year and plays with high energy.

10) Finally Props too Clifford. The leader of a 7-0 team. 16 TDS and only 2 interceptions. The best is yet to come.

We Are Penn State!!!!!
