FBI stumbled on this. They got Blazer on another fraud charge and found this when they started exploring his records

Blazer admitted to making these payments to recruits for over ten years. More is to come.

Blazer was involved in UNC football payments several years ago. It will be interesting to see what else h knows about them.

The second Adidas guy just cam over from another sneaker company. Interesting that the first thing he does at his new employer is cheat. Makes you wonder what he was doing there.
