How does a QB like Pickett go from not being able to complete a 6 yard pass in the rain in 2018 to being what he is now ? I legit thought he was putrid and had a terrible arm. Crazy how things change.

Had a pitt friend try to explain their loss was better than Psu's. They lost at home to a below 500 team in a weak conference while psu lost to a top 5 team on the road at night in which they had a chance to drive for the win in the 4th.
