Illinois vs Oregon

Originally from the western Chicago suburbs, I was hoping the Illini defense would have a better showing against Oregon.

I was hoping the same thing.......Oregon is looking like the real deal. Plus, on the road at Autzen, that's a tough place to play.

We dominated Illinois as well--that game was nowhere near as close as the score.
After their opening drive offensively, they were basically contained throughout.
Oregon did what I think most of us expected them to do even though I'd have liked to have seen the Illini make it interesting for a little bit

OSU guy here. Oregon is very good and Autzen is a tough place to play. Supposedly (never been there) the crowd is very close to the field and the noise level is off the charts.

Oregon offense finally gelling as a team as well. New QB. 3 or 4 new WRs. Timing and trust take time to develop.
