Never have seen this addressed. Have we ever approached 'Nova about playing in men's BB? If I were PSU, I'd be fine with scheduling a yearly game with 'Nova at the Wells Fargo in Philly. In a way, it would truly be a neutral site game. 'Nova would be playing in their home city, so they'd have a share of fans, and we carry such a large contingent of alumni in the Philly metro, that we'd have a good share of fans.
IMO, this is a win-win-win. The Wells Fargo would almost be guaranteed a great turn-out, 'Nova gets a game in their home city and their pseudo home court, and Penn State would get a great exposure game vs. a premier program in Philly.
