“Football has always been near and dear to my heart, but this is a whole other level,” Sharkey said. “I hung with the defensive coaches and they ran through their defensive calls, but holy smokes, they have to learn all this stuff plus do their school work and train. It’s a pretty heavy load,” Sharkey said.
