I just did a quick count, and here's one way to possibly evaluate what a great job Coach Franklin and his Boys are doing so far for the Class of 2016.. PSU has 3 commits who had both an Alabama AND an O$U offer (Simmons, Menet, McPhearson), 2 commits who also had a Bama offer but not an O$U offer (Dalton & Sanders), and one commit who had an O$U offer but not a Bama (Hill). Skeptics will come up with some lame reasoning that "Oh Bama offers everybody and so does O$U so this information doesn't mean anything" or "Well O$U/Bama REALLY didn't want those guys and in effect passed on them." I say, "An offer means that the school OFFERED you a schollie and if you accepted, they would sign you." Now this is discounting over-signing etc, but IMO it's still VERY impressive what Franklin is doing in head-to-head matchups with the two premier recruiters in college ball.
