InterMat released their upgraded rankings of juniors. You have to be a subscriber to access the complete list. You can read an article about the rankings at THIS LINK.

The linked article does include the top 10 in InterMat's ranking of juniors. They are:

1. Gable Steveson (Apple Valley, Minn.)
2. David Carr (Massillon Perry, Ohio)
3. Gavin Teasdale (Jefferson Morgan, Pa.)
4. Seth Nevills (Clovis, Calif.)
5. Michael Beard (Malvern Prep, Pa.)
6. Sammy Sasso (Nazareth, Pa.)
7. Roman Bravo-Young (Sunnyside, Ariz.)
8. Travis Wittlake (Marshfield, Ore.)
9. Joe Lee (Evansville Mater Dei, Ind.)
10. Frankie Gissendanner (Penfield, N.Y.)

It's been reported that PSU is involved with Steveson. Carr is someone that has been discussed and speculated about by many PSU fans, though I don't recall anything indicating that PSU was involved with him. PSU was involved with Teasdale before he verballed to Iowa. PSU is reported to be involved with Nevills, especially since two of his older brothers are on the PSU roster. Beard is also reportedly on PSU's radar. The situation seems to be muddled with Sasso. PSU is reportedly the leader for Wittlake. And Joe Lee is a PSU verbal. I've not seen any indication that PSU is involved with RBY, and I've not seen anything linking PSU and Gissendanner.

The linked InterMat article also contained this sentence:

"Making a significant move up into the top ten was Joe Lee (Evansville Mater Dei, Ind.), the UWW Cadet Nationals runner-up at 69 kilograms in freestyle. He jumped fourteen positions from No. 23 to No. 9 overall in this class."

What are the projected weight classes for Carr and Wittlake?

No inside information, but I expect there to be a heavy upstate New York push (Cornell, Binghamton) for Gissendanner....He is a part of that G2 Wrestling Club that features the Diakomihalis brothers, Parker Kropman, and the DePrez brothers among others.

Iowa State might also be in the mix....His cousin, Sirrell, wrestled for the Clones in the mid-1990s.

Speaking of ISU, I've heard rumors that RBY might be a slight Ames lean at this point...A few days a go on a jersey forum, the nature of the conversation almost made it sound like it was a well-kept secret that he was Jackson's to loss.

What are the projected weight classes for Carr and Wittlake?
Carr, I'll leave to others. Wittlake wrestled 160 as a HS soph. If he comes to PSU, 165 is probably unrealistic, and some Hall guy will be at 174... if he's a 184, he'll have perfect timing to shirt and then succeed Bo for 4 yrs.

You could fill a cruise liner with that many top 10 future Rutgers transfers.

I WOULD LOVE TO GET DAVID CARR...GUYS THIS KID IS GOING TO BE "GREAT"...MARK IT DOWN !!!!

Looks like I was wrong about RB-Y being a Cyclone lean....With today being July 1st, Flo did a recruiting themed article where it was revealed that Bravo-Young and Gabe Steveson will likely be a package deal headed to either Columbus, Minneapolis, or Lincoln.

They are only going to be juniors, so not sure July 1 has anything to do with them.

A little bit on the FRL today spoke to huskers. It seems they are constantly the bridesmaid instead of the bride on these top recruits.

Not sure why and hope it's not long before they are in the power 5.
