I have a strange issue with the website. I've been a subscriber for years but must have allowed my subscription to lapse during the summer. Now I can't find a way to subscribe, but the site still allows me to sign in and see the non-premium articles. They haven't responded to my inquiries about renewing. Anybody with similar issues?

I’ve been having an issue where every time I open the home page and try to click an article, it just just redirects me back to the home page. Probably happens like 6/10 times I open the site. Very strange.
i believe that happens if you try to click on a "premium" article. If you not premium I believe it directs you back, if you are premium, it means you need to login again
I just logged out of my account and did what your doing and samething happens. The reason that is happening is because your not logged in or because your subscription expired. You can't read platinum articles without a subscription

lol. no. i'm not going to post a 'statement' that you have to be logged in to view content. i'm sorry but thats as bad as those prescription commercials that say not to take the medication if you're allergic to it.
there's a lot more content (including a great deal of video (that intermat never had) and there's a lot more investment in the people that create the content.
it's quite simply a vastly better product than your grandpa's intermat. and there's a $10/mo option.

There is a real reason that has to be said in those prescription commercials.

I have always loved your commentary, and about 2 months ago thought I would support you (and Myself cuz the strides Intermat looked like it was making was worth the money) so I decided to get a subscription. Then I could not for the life of me figure out how, even though I had a Username and password. people are supposed to know to go to ROFKIN for Intermat??
I Think there should be some direction on Intermat if you want to maximize your potential paying customers??
I am sure many will make fun of me, like I am some moron...but in all honesty I am thinking there are others like myself?? Maybe??

Merck, Pfizer, and GlaxoSmithKline have to say that for legal reasons. Pretty sure Willie isn’t about to get hit with a wrongful death lawsuit if somebody clicks on an Intermat link without being logged in!

know, you're correct. i live in a world of social media and our links there are go to rokfin, so i assumed everyone would figure it out. however, you're right - not everyone does the twitter/facebook/instagram thing.

"Do not take if allergic to med A" is said yes because of legal concerns, but it starts with because people are literally stupid enough to take med A knowing they are allergic to it.
There are probably a few folks who literally need to be told a successful login is required before content is available.
