One coach inherited great recruits, while the other coach was sanction riddled and played with 41 schollie players one game. One coach took this talent and in his third year won a conference championship and should have been in the CFP.
The other coach went to Rome and finished third.
One coach came within 4 points of being undefeated while the other coach finished 4th in his division.
One coach just blew out the other, even having lower ranked recruits. The other coach goes diving, yet make 9 million a year.

You forgot one.....

One coach goes out and develops real relationships with families and gets top recruits. The Other has sleepovers and climbs tress on a dare to woo recruits.
