There was just an article about Chertow in the CDT last week and he hasn't sold his house in Boalsburg yet. Maybe he decided he could do better running his camps than being a college coach.
Could be, but the price tag on that house severly limits the pool of possible buyers.
He has wanted a head coaching job for a long assed time.
With Penn State offering a youth program, then Young Guns, Taylor and McNight, Bainey and Wright and the st Joe's club run by Flynn and my guess is Kenny probably finds a market he used to have to himself a bit more crowded than he prefers.
So it looks like they are NAIA and they are going to the NCWA national championships. That does not sound like they have a full team or are fully into competing. Didn't Fresno state have a couple years to get a team together before they started competing?
Division II, but plan was to compete in the post-season with the NCWA this year, then fully move into Division II competition. A few start-up programs in the south have done this, Newberry had the most success doing it when they launched about 15 years ago.
Definitely a student, not actually a BTN employee. She is on the Student U productions which is done by PSU students. BTN just streams the duals and charges me/us for it.
She has an internship with BTN. Could be a paid internship, or not. Definitely not an employee.
