Anyone catch the discussion this morning? I turned it on late and they were talking about expectations of PSU fans and how many have been critical of JF because he's struggled to win the BIG games but if you look at the big picture we've exceeded where we were ten years ago, etc...etc... We've all heard this discussion before......whether you tend to degree or disagree is up to you.
The thing that caught my ears which I haven't heard before was that Greg McElroy proceeded to say the reason that Franklin was voted at the top of the Overrated Coaches list is that he bad mouths other coaches and uses negative recruiting . He then proceeded to say this technique works in getting his recruits which in turn makes the other coaches mad.
I know many of us have been heated at reports of Narduzzi and Dantonio negative recruiting against us but I've never heard this blatant talk about Franklin on the recruiting trail.
