Dont know anything about him but he lists PSU in his final 4.

Is this the 1st decommit without ever committing decommit? He may as well be a trailblazer.
There may be more of this happening in the future, as the occasional NIL check bounces.
Well at least he talked about it with his parents, marketing agent, local golf cl8b/BMW Dealer and his diety. Collectively all of their decisions should be respected.
The un-nouncement starts something like this I suppose...
"Please respect my non-decision to un-non-commit."
