A lot worse day for all Pennsylvanians......at least those who would like to see some illumination directed towards our State Judiciary/Prosecutors/Politicians
PA Supreme Court has revoked her law license -
State Law requires the elected AG to have an active law license - So PA supreme court has basically removed her from office
Nothing unexpected.....at least to the best of my knowledge.
Temporary suspension of law license ......enacted by the PA Supreme Court (you know, that outfit that had "one of theirs" - so far - caught up in the Porno ring).
An incredibly Orwellian situation.....to anyone who's paying attention.

I'm not quite sure why lawyers/judges who are trained to follow the Constitution can do things like this before allowing due process.

According to this article, the license is needed to get elected but it is unclear, once elected, if it is required to maintain the office. Looks like a legal battle brewing. Also, it looks like Kane may release some more porn gate material is it affect the PA supremes.

It was expected. One of the bizarre aspects is that Justice J. Michael Eakin, tied to Porngate, did not recuse himself. It was 5-0, though, so there is no recourse on that count.
