Kudos to Sean Lee!

Awesome talent. A sure-fire hall of famer.

Dallas - Seattle on Fox right now:

“There isn’t a difference-maker on any team bigger than Sean Lee when he’s healthy.”

And, to think, Mike Tomlin PASSED HIM OVER, in favor of Tim Worlids.

Tell me again Mike Tomlin how you always take the best player in the draft??

I'll wait.

I remember when he was healthy his senior year. Wow I never seen linebacker play as good as thhose few games when he was healthy. He absolutely dominated.

Looking at recent HOF history there have not been a lot of pure LBs selected. Especially if they didn't record many sacks. Think that Lee's best chance for the HOF would be if he stayed relatively healthy for the remainder of his career and Dallas won a couple Super Bowls (which no one wants).

Jason Worilds is what the poster meant. To be fair, Worilds was an edge rusher--Lee would have been an ILB in a 3-4 so it's not as though they're comparable in terms of need. The Steelers should have probably taken Dunlap with that pick in hindsight.

Lee fell to 55 so a lot of people missed on that evaluation. He's an elite player that hasn't been able to stay healthy. Doubtful he makes the HOF but, if he does, he's worthy based on talent.

Even crazier--Bowman fell to 91 and Jimmy Graham to 95

Also, some guy named Antonio Brown fell to 195 that year.
