Just knock them down to 50 scholarships for 5 years and let any of their current players transfer with immediate eligibility, midseason, right now.
Sounds alot like the definition of "lack of institutional control". Program off the rails with all these stories.
The Sparty 247 board is on page 400. Not kidding. It's beyond epic you guys need to head over there. Tons of inside information and they have basically predicted every new development in advance.

Honestly, our leaders did that to us. It's unlikely Michigan will be that stupid.
The NCAA was wrong in their overreaching with PSU. I doubt they try that level again but who knows
