If one could prove that U if M cheated last year, is that a rigged game?

Could one claim that the bettor did not have all available data?

Casinos didn’t know. They should sue Stallion, Harbaugh, th coordinators, and the school itself. As should every team they played, the coaches @nd players of 5bose schools, the B2G, and the NCAA.

Would the casinos have to pay out given the info now known?

Probably not. Point spreads were established based on the way scUM was performing(which incl the cheating), so essential the betting was more honest than the actual game.
The interesting part is the TCU game, where the line was established based on cheating and TCU was able to fool scUM in their own game, and not only neutralize it, but turn it against them.

In horse racing I think that the payout still happens even if later on a horse is found to have cheated (roids or whatever).

What is done is done. However, the price to pay will hopefully be coming. All praise to the UM kids for playing a great game. They beat us. Not their fault that their coaches will tarnish their "accomplishments."
