I know someone at Warren Central who is friends with David that said he is leaning towards Penn State. They also said he hated Iowa after visiting there two weekends ago because it is boring and there is nothing to do there. He just visited Penn State this weekend and my source said he was impressed by the atmosphere and the program in general. He said Purdue was in second and that Penn State is starting to pull away. I am a Purdue fan but thought you guys should know

Thanks for sharing. His published comments were extremely positive as well. The downside is he is waiting until January to announce.

Bell might be my #1 player left on our board. His productivity at WR and athleticism are off the charts. He should be a Top 10, Top 15 overall recruit.
