One of the most sought after prospects in Pennsylvania's class of 2018 is FS/SS Kwantel Raines [6-3, 195] from Aliquippa, Pa. Raines reportedly was at Penn State's Junior Day on Sunday [March 25]. I believe it was his third unofficial to Penn State.
