I left out the check registers from above, they would really tell the tale. I bet they were part of what was shredded at TSM, and going to the banks is probably pointless as they were destroyed long ago, unless the Feds seized them.
They sorta did, very weakly, when the the Orphan's court was ready to close the TSM dissolution case, (Which documents started being posted 08/2012 after TSM tried to cut and run to Arrow Texas with $2M and most people with their priorities in the right place have been following all along), and announced they were going to turn over the paltry amt left to the PAOAG's office, up for grabs to creditors, January 2016:FWIW, TSM's insurer(Federal Insurance Co.) won in Federal court and had no obligation to pay for JS's criminal and civil cases. Although, I'm not sure if PSU ever took any action against them.

"Yvette KANE" made a totally RIDICULOUS ruling. She must have mailed in her case study, smh. I hope she's not anyone's Mom. Unbelievable.FWIW, TSM's insurer(Federal Insurance Co.) won in Federal court and had no obligation to pay for JS's criminal and civil cases. Although, I'm not sure if PSU ever took any action against them.

Lynne was told to stay quiet. For a reason.Lynne was hired by TSM to do an internal investigation. Then TSM decided they didn't want to spend any money on an internal investigation. So Lynne Abraham did what you or I would do if our employer stopped paying us - she stopped working for them.
She was a private citizen.
Again, how is any of this her fault. What was she supposed to do, work for free? I wouldn't, you wouldn't, nobody would. In fact to do a real investigation she would have to hire staff & there would be other expenses. Why would any sane person expect her to pay for all of this out-of-pocket?
And why would anyone ask Freeh or OAG why she stopped her investigation? She wasn't working for them.
This might be true. If so, it's the first true thing I've heard here in this thread.
So what, they decided that with their founder and chief fundraiser gone, their money would be best passed along to another another charity that ostensibly meets similar goals, or failing that, be set aside to provide for any victims claims.
What's the beef with that? Why should they have dedicated their money (which might not have been enough, frankly, even if it was millions) to Lynne Abraham rather than kids and/or victims?
