I am always extremely impressed with the type of quality individual that Cael gets to join the Penn State family.

80 Kilos is 176. 83 kilos is 182.6.

These kids are so good, both as wrestlers and people. It gets to me when........ Talk them down. The worst major school D1 wrestler puts so much into it. Win or lose I'm in their corner.
