He was 74 kilos at the Farrell as well, finished 3rd.

Couldn't help but think both David Taylor & Matt Brown would benefit from a new 80kg international freestyle weight class.

They will likely get their wish. I'm honestly not sure Taylor can make 80kg with two hour weighins anymore. He's gotten a lot bigger and the multiday, two hour weighin may make him a best fit at his current weight. Especially if they drop another kilo as rumored.
