Maybe Eli was the problem with the Giants

Fair but Jones is 2-0 without Barkley for about 7 of the 8 quarters. He's doing well. Needs to cut down the turnovers but there's obvious talent there.
For the record, I am a redskins fan, I am just wallowing in my own misery right now. Can the owner fire everyone, including himself? At least Haskins looked good, wait, no.

I would preach patience but I don't blame you for being frustrated. I still don't think the Skins have a plan. I like Haskins (not as much as Jones but more than Kyler) and hopefully when he gets 100% of the reps with the first team some things will improve.
Having watched more Giants last year and this year due to Barkley, Eli is/was a major issue. He had zero mobility and wasn't even good sliding in the pocket. And his arm strength decreased and his accuracy was bad. Eli was always somewhat streaky but he just turned erratic. They should have let him go this off season and went with Jones from Day 1. Got themselves a nice back-up veteran to tutor Jones.
Many thought the same of Terry Bradshaw a while back.
Let' give him some time and a team of good players first.
Eli was just never bad enough to bench him for good. There's definitely a palatable difference in the energy level of both the O and D with Jones. Should be really interesting when Saquon comes back, especially with Tate now back.

He wasn’t their only problem. And he definitely wasn’t the solution, at least not at this point in his career.
Maybe Barkley?? Or both Eli and SB? I'm really guessing because I don't care about NY teams. PERIOD!
