If you look at the caliber of players coming to PSU to play linebacker, it's a very very high bar right now. Top 1000 won't do it at that position unless it's a late bloomer kind of thing. Did he actually have a commitable offer from PSU or is it just a little meaningless brag that he picked Rutgers "over" PSU?
