Has there ever been an apology from Togs for not paying up? If so I'd take that and give him a pass. I'm the first that likes to bust balls but ya never really know what's going on in a persons life that may keep them from satisfying commitments. He can be a peckerhead at times but I truly hope all is well with him and nothing too serious is going on in his life that's caused him to step away from the sport.. so it seems anyway...
