I will state that the "slapping sounds" and it being"rape" in a shower was physically and acoustically impossible. We've discussed this ad nauseam. We women discussed this way back when this all blew open - that's why I could sit at Freeh's press conference and not be bothered by it. We had a rational explanation for what Mike "saw" or heard.
The "Janitor Story" that Freeh unloaded at the press conference - that one was like a cannonball thru my heart that day.
Now, with benefit of hindsight, knowing of Frank Fina's appetite for hard core porn - which included anal sex, his profound use of it during his course of work as a prosecutor, his disregard of women in the office and his haranguing them about their sex lives, his threatening interview techniques insisting to Spanier, Curley & Schultz they were told of anal sex, all while acting as Tom Corbett's head gunslinger & assassin - it is reasonable to conclude Frank Fina is most responsible for creating a certain narrative, in actively conspiring to conceal the facts, in an effort to garner a conviction, in order to carry out the trophy kill and gain good publicity for a sitting Governor and his OAG.
