Good list but I wouldn’t have Mills Hamilton or Wartman on an underrated list.
BwI consistently overrated Mills
Hamilton got lots of press.
And to be blunt, Wartman didn’t do much

Very good list...

I always felt Brian Oneal was a hell of a running back that most have forgotten... Sherrod Rainge was not only a great DB, but had one of the coolest names ever... Cuncho Brown was another player I liked... Paul Jefferson...

Let's go way back, Tom Urbanik, someone with a better memory than I will recall the OSU game in the early 60's, 27-0 and the good guys won. I think OSU might have been rated #1.

Mike Hull will always be the first guy I think of when discussing underrated guys. Jordan Norwood definitely gets forgotten about because of Williams and Butler. Joe Iorio is a great example

As I remember, before the ESPN era when there was limited TV coverage and the games that were televised were all televised on network TV, Mike was the ABC defensive PLAYER (all positions on Defense) of the YEAR.... But how many times is MH mentioned as one of the best at PSU.....

Wayback Machine. Another good player we took out of New Jersey. Hayes was a 4-star, he would have made more impact except he had bad knee injuries. Got his degree - wonder what he's doing now?
