MSG Suite for Nationals - Any Takers?

The PSWC club seat was $800. That's a lot ($1000) of food/beer/wine/liquor to consume!! ;)

Do you have to fly to Iowa City and ride the charter plane to get the full value of the total package?

Just FYI a private suite is different than club seats that the PSWC secured. Suites are much more expensive.

I believe a major reason for the price difference is that the suite is catered and the club is not. Location makes some difference, too, but I think the food/drink premium eats up most of the difference in price. Somewhat off topic, the 50 yard line seat might actually not be as good as the "end zone" location for Nationals based on my experience at three "Grapple at the Garden" events. A lot of the action along the side boards (hockey) was lost in the seats in the 100's on the sides. The mats were really close to those side boards, whereas there was a lot more space between the mat and the boards on the ends. So I am hoping not as much action will be "off-screen" from the end sections where the PSWC club seats are located.

Pretty certain they remove the hockey boards for the wrestling event, like they do for Knicks games, except at each end on the floor, where there'll be mats instead of seats.

Worth noting too that the Garden underwent an overhaul a few years back in order to stick luxury boxes that wrap around the arena about halfway up, whereas previously there were only luxury boxes high at each end. So some luxury suites are high at one end, and some are lower but could be located at any point within that circumference.

The Garden is unlike most arenas in that the sight lines are low; it's less steep as you go up; the upside being that you're closer to the floor, the downside is that the person in front of you can block your view if he/she leans forward.

Sorry if I was unclear. There were not actually boards from hockey at the Grapple events, I was just using them for references purposes. The new Garden design, from my vantage point, did not consider the spectator's experience to any significant degree. As you noted, the more gradual slope makes viewing more difficult. I'm happy with the PSWC club seats which should offer much better sight lines.

I'm a season ticket holder there for nearly 25 years, and actually prefer the gradual sight lines over other arenas, but I didn't get there for the Grapple so I don't know exactly what to expect for wrestling. I'll be up in 221 though, a section over from where I sit for hockey, so I don't expect I'll have many problems seeing all the mats.
