There were 3 international players drafted in 1st round. 3/30 = 10% which hardly amounts to "tons".

Porzingis from Spain, Hezonja from Spain and Mudiay from China. All three in the first 7 picks. Who cares about the picks in the 20's, all a crap shoot.

This has been a trend over the past years. US college players coming out are not fundamentally as sound as the international players. It is just not talent alone, you have to understand how to play the game.
