Re: Upsets in Round 1 ... post results as replies ***

Mini-upset. Delgado beats 8 seed Cox.

Re: Hardly an upset.

Well, I did say mini-upset
happy.r191677.gif

And how about this one. Terao of American beats 9 seed Peters of UNI; has to face Delgado next. So an unseeded 125 will make the quarters, most likely against Waters.

Re: Schopp falls

Dziewa (5 seed at 141) of Iowa loses to Jack of NC State

Re: Schopp falls

Gabe Moreno (9 seed ISU) falls. Mild upset; 16 seed Racciato of Pitt also falls.

Re: not an upset, but Habat over Kindig, 7-0 ***

And H Stieber also falls. Either he or Kindig will be totally out in 1st consy round tonight.

Re: Schopp falls

Pantaleo (6 see 149 MI falls). If he wins his 1st consy match and Zach loses to Stallalonga, they will meet in 2nd consy round. Would be tough match for Zach.

Wow, the Average Officials showed up early today.

incorrect ...

he was down a good bit, but ended up winning 13-11 in SV-1. Cimato (Drexel) shut things down too early, and paid the price.

Tom

MKelly, Nick Moore. No surprise, but relevant.

Hawks missing 3 opportunities thus far. Minnesota had Lizak fall, and Dardanes^2 got no 1st round bonus.

Looks like Moreno of ISU (2 seed at 165) just lost.
