Looks like Matt Rhule is primed to turn things around in Lincoln………..
Looks like a good prospect. But he's a four-star kid slated to play TE and is currently 6 5" and 215 lbs. A kid I'd have loved to have committed to PSU but it's not like they got Trevor Lawrence or Bo Jackson.

He has a lot of work to do for that program but I do think he can improve Nebraska. I don't think Nebraska can ever be more than 9 or 10 wins anymore and so I wouldn't doubt if Rhule parlays some success with Big Red a few years from now into a better opportunity elsewhere.
I could be wrong, but based on his track record, he'll probably have some success at NU like he did at Baylor and then move on to another job, and possibly another NFL job. With that said, he has proved himself to be a really good college head coach with the jobs that he did at Temple and Baylor. However, with the dissolution of divisions in the Big 10, it's going to be a longshot for them to make a Big 10 Championship game now that you have Michigan, OSU and PSU rolling. He has a lot of work to do for that program but I do think he can improve Nebraska. Three strikes and you’re out. You only have one more free guess allowed in the ever popular “Revolving Coaches Musical Chairs Game”. Actually I would have picked Texas and Texas A$M.😊
He'll decomitt

Didn’t you know for some Franklin haters Rhule walks on water.🦘 To conclusions based on this? Is there more that you're not telling us? I hope so!
Not just Rhule.Didn’t you know for some Franklin haters Rhule walks on water.
It's honestly not "Franklin" haters that love Rhule. It's people that still wish Paterno was walking the sidelines.Didn’t you know for some Franklin haters Rhule walks on water.
They would hate Rhule as soon as he lost a game.Didn’t you know for some Franklin haters Rhule walks on water.
Franklin, like almost every head coach, isn’t perfect, but he really has put this program in a very strong position nationally. Other than making the playoffs, which I really believe will happen soon, he’s done almost everything that a realistic fan could expect; he’s won a Big 10 championship and Fiesta, Cotton and Rose Bowls, and his recruiting inroads actually seem to be getting better every year. They would hate Rhule as soon as he lost a game.
Joebots won't be happy til joes corpse is propped up on the sidelines like Weekend At Bernie's.
No bigger Paterno fan than me, but I am a huge Franklin fan. They would hate Rhule as soon as he lost a game.

I do...Didn’t you know for some Franklin haters Rhule walks on water.
Agreed on both and will add that I'm a big Rhule fan too. Why wouldn't "we" be?No bigger Paterno fan than me, but I am a huge Franklin fan.
This is the problem--people are trying to make Franklin into Paterno 2.0. He's not.He is one of "us" and appears to run his programs in the manner that he played under and we are accustomed to. James has done an excellent job on that regards too.
Glad for Matt,

If you discount the joke that was the 2020 season, his overall record since 2016 is on a par with some of the other great periods in PSU history, with all of the 11 win seasons and bowl victories.
