Tom Loy, National Recruiting Analyst on 247, has, today, switched his crystal ball pick for top PA DB target Joey O’Brien from Notre Dame to PENN STATE. Loy generally is well aware of what is going on with Notre Dame recruiting so this appears to be very positive news. I thought this one was going to be all ND.

If this happens, landing O’Brien aling with Brown, Mickens, and Sieg will give us 4 of the top 5 in PA on Rivals and the top 4 on 247.
