Having watched our DBs crap the bed two games in a row, we're gonna seen if that established a pattern or simply represented a brief late-season slump. If the former, then it's likely that the OSU offense will simply boatrace us, and the game could get really ugly. If the latter, and the big stage brings out the best in our DBs, it could be a really interesting game.
Frankly, I was really hoping the the coaches could have made an effort to get Shorter and George involved in the passing game, so they'd be comfortable having Clifford go to them next week, but winning the game--having an eighteen play drive to put the game out of reach--was more important.
Another game could be almost as interesting: Indiana (at home) versus Michigan. Harbaugh could have some serious problems with those pesky Hoosiers.
Finally, I told my wife before yesterday's game, "If they can get to 10-2, I'll be satisfied." The win virtually guaranteed that. So we'll see what happens in Columbus. We've got a puncher's chance, at least.
