Looked at next years schedule and shocked to see we play Illinois at home again. Looked at three different sites just to be sure, including gopsusports.com
And weirder is that they just might be Homecoming again as Homecoming is almost always in Oct. Oct 1st is home with Ohio State which would most likely not be Homecoming. Next is Michigan away on the 8th. Then Illinois at home again on the 15th. The following week is a bye week and after that is Mich State home on the 29th. Late for Homecoming and it seems they usually pick a lessor team anyway. But could be MSU to avoid playing the same team for homecoming n two consecutive years.
And oh, BTW, we open with Purdue ON THE ROAD AGAIN for what seems like the tenth time in eight years!
