As a fan, I think highly of DA. He has demonstrated the ability to make some plays that not many but current and future hall of famers are able to make.

He is continuing to learn and gain in maturity and confidence. But he is not yet a finished product and I believe that he would benefit from another year playing for PSU.

With DA's skillset, I can see why he would be a sought after prospect if he made himself available

Is anyone ever a finished product when they enter the draft?
Maybe Peyton--maybe Luck--maybe 5 guys in history. And even Peyton struggled as a rookie
Selfishly, I'm happy he's planning on coming back--I just don't understand the decision in terms of logic--if we want to agree it's emotional and he just loves Franklin, the team and being here that's great but, to your point above, those throws that he can make is something that would make teams fight for the right to get him. Especially after completing about 70% of his passes in a vert pass game

Can’t wait to have him back again next year. As nfl has been showing. Qbs with more college games under their belt are able to adjust better to nfl. It looks like the new trend
