Perhaps Michigan needs a nap?

Jim knows all about that.

How patient will Harbaugh be with Gattis?

Patterson is no Heisman candidate.

No leadership by anyone on Michigan.

How can their staff not be prepared for Army? Everyone knows what the Cadets will try to do. This is totally on the Michigan coaching staff.

Jimmy is on the phone at halftime looking for an Uber group rate to send his OC and QB back south.

Who was the guy who guaranteed a Cincy win over OSU? Not even competitive.

Fields looks very good. It's sickening that he wasn't required to sit out a year.

Yeah, Fields and that entire offense is very impressive unfortunately. Cincinnati is a quality opponent at least on paper.

It's tough to tell if OSU is *really* great or just *very* efficient against lesser talent. Fields has wide open WRs on nearly every throw. WIDE open. His accuracy looks very good. He's a threat to run every time as well.

It isn't about knowing what Army does. You can't get a "scout" team to simulate the speed and precise execution that a triple option team like army will bring you on game day. Many of the Michigan players have never seen this O and may never see it again. Same thing vs Oklahoma last year. I would never want to see them at PSU again. If Michigan beats them....so what? Nothing to win and a lot to lose.

That and more. Anybody who thinks Army is better than UM isn't thinking straight. Even if Army somehow wins this game.

Army was better in the first half. They didn't have fluke plays to score their points. They've played tough defensively. They will have to repeat the effort in the second half, but so far they are playing like the better team.

Yeah because the better team usually doesn't win:confused:

The better team doesn't always win. That's why the games are played. Pitt nor Michigan was better than us in 2016. Pitt wasn't better than Clemson. The better team doesn't always win which is why the entire set up of FBS needs revamped.

agree, no reason to play Army/Navy and their cut blocking O lines

I can understand Michigan's defense having trouble with Army O. But what the hell is wrong with Michigan's O?

Define real? It's like saying that we deserved to be #2 in 94. When voters determine the champion there's always questions. Oklahoma got first place votes in 86 for example. So, some would say they were the best.

Army hits them with big pass play!!! HAHAHA

Then the view of the stands!!!! Love It

I know what you're saying and I get it. BUT TODAY... GO ARMY! They look like the better team... right now.

I love watching this Army offense. Reminds me of my high school days. Three yards and a cloud of dust. Win the battle at the point of attack.
Grind. Grind. Grind.
Too bad turf has taken the dust out of the game.

Here comes the referines.... first a questionable false start to keep army out of the end zone and end the game, and then a terrible PI to keep a stalled drive moving.

I agree that Army PLAYED better in the 1st half. That doesn't mean that Army is a better team than UM.

The false start wasn't questionable. That's called 100 times out of 100.
I thought that DPI was questionable at best.

I haven’t seen any of the Army game today but I did see their game last week against Rice. Army was not good. Rice appeared to have more talent but couldn’t score and Army sealed the game with a late TD to win 14-7. I’m surprised Michigan is having trouble with them today.

Michigan needs to spend less time going on Safari, and more time learning how to hold onto the football.

Is there a network that shows more commercials during a football broadcast than Fox? Or is it just me?

Harbaugh passes up the go ahead FG; Gattis play gets blown up
Next 4th and 2 I guarantee JH calls the play

And here come the conspiracy fools.
I despise Michigan, but both were clearly good calls.
So effin’ tired of people on this board accusing officials of cheating. Makes us all look like a bunch of whiny babies.

Michigan done busted out a fake punt, required a really poor DPI to get a new set of downs inside the 10, and finally puts it in for a TD.

This new offense looks a lot like Jim's old offense just run out of different formations.

Thats what I was thinking too. I just don't see much different.
