One of the regulars on the Rutgers board said Raimo will choose Arizona State.
Chlebove, Raimo, and Teemer are nice additions to the team. Plus they have Brandon Courtney (125), Navonte Demison (141), Kordell Norfleet (197) and Cade Belshay (197) joining for this season.
Zeke's team could be a serious competitor at NCAAs next season, if they can figure out where to slot people. They could roll out the following lineup:
125 - Ryan Millhof
133 - Ali Naser
141 - Nikko Villarreal or Navonte Demison
149: Jason Tsirtsis or Josh Maruca
157: Jason Tsirtsis or Josh Maruca
165: Josh Shields
174: Anthony Valencia
184: Zahid Valencia
197: Austyn Harris or Kordell Norfleet
285: Sasquatch
Of course, the above lineup assumes that Shields, and both Valencia brothers, are willing to bump up a weight.If they don't want to do that, then either Tsirtsis or Maruca will be sitting, Norfleet may have to cut to 184, and Harris and Sullivan Cauley will battle it out at 197. The team seems stronger if the aforementioned bump up a weight, but one or more of them may not want to do that.

And they're young, with Tsrtsis as the only Senior. 2018-19, on paper, looks to be a great line-up too.
NC State just picked up Jakob Camacho, who IIRC has beaten Busiello.

Definitely some line-up issues to work out. 33, 41, 84, 97, all of the bumping leads to a lot of questions. Pierce and Pagdilao seem to lose out here regardless. Think it might be easier for Maruca to go up to 57 or even 65. Wouldn't be surprised to see some combo of Kramer/Courtney/Millhof at 25/33. Lots of talent, team definitely better with assorted bumpage.
No worries, RU board expects he will flip. Does this fan base have a grip on reality? Suriano rumor still going strong. Only obstacle is the one year waiver.
Kind of like saying the only obstacle to a national championship is Retherford, Nolf, or Snyder.
One of the dangers of a kid like Chlebove giving that early verbal, he may get squeezed out by a Raimo. And yes I understand his dads and Zeke's relationship. Maybe Julian is a kid that can hold at 125, if not there's a traffic jam. I'd be fine with living in Tempe for 5 years regardless and the verbal really means nothing these days , sorry for the ramble
I would be more concerned about the rumor if had Suriano transferring to Rider.

Not really a danger. As noted, Chlebove or Raimo (or both) have plenty of time to change their mind.
That one-year eligibility lost is a huge obstacle. Now in realityville. How does one ask the Big10 for a waiver before a transfer when the school is currently unallowed to talk to the kid about a trandfer. Quite a catch-22.
One poster on the RU Board said he expects Raimo to flip. The poster had no sources and was promptly called out on it by myself and other posters.
If anything about this was real the morse code would soon be changing to ...- - - ...
As my guess is the NCAA probably would disallow Nick to compete for Rutgers and possibly ding them a scholarship or something else penal.
