Nick Reenan back on the market

The question about Ohio State relative to Reenan is how much of that money from those 4 guys is already allocated. White, Pletcher, and Cleary are all high-end non-resident recruits. They signed their NLI commitments months ago.

Haines' money would be freed, as would be Tavanello's if he leaves.

BTW, could Tavanello be the guy Tognetti is hinting at as the grad student 5th-year transfer to Stilly? The only other ones offhand who make sense would be Marchok (Stanford) and one of Arizona State's 3 dozen heavies.

Johnny DiJulius, Hunter Stieber, Mark Martin, Kenny Courts, and Thomas Haines all have their schollies ($) freed up.

I'm not sure of the likelihood, but a 5th year graduate transfer out to another school for backup HWY Nick Tavanello would not shock anyone.

That's 5 for sure, and potentially 6 key contributors and significant scholarship dollars opening up.

OSU has/will have $ to spend for the foreseeable future, although next year's class will probably total only 2-3 guys receiving relevant scholarship dollars.

After landing hopefully their national stud type 125 and most likely HWY Vough from Elyria, OSU may stop right there other than some room guys and position themselves even further and better position to what looks to be a monster talent filled 2018 class in Ohio.

If the rumors of the Bucks being fortunate enough to land Columbus native Dom Demas using little or no scholly $ in doing so (former Buck's 157 Josh Demas's bro).... Then it's a no brainer he'll be a part of the 2018 class. If he demands $, I think he'll be left out an in state stud Kaleb Romero will round out the class as recruit #3.

In regards to 2018.... The two must gets in state are David Carr and Rocky Jordan. Beyond that, and depending on both room and fit, the Bucks won't have to look any further than the Buckeye State in selecting from a plethora of top national lily ranked kids in their respective weight/class. Mitch Moore, Tommy Hoskins, and Jaden Mattox are 3 top ranked Sophomores who will be on the Bucks radar.

I think I need a translator for this post.

It is possible the Ohio nature nuts could become more annoying than the Iowa birds.
Na. At least not for a little while yet.

Who takes the Most Annoying trophy?

(Kidding, no way I could resist that setup!)

Oh there is no doubt that with success they will become as loathsome as their Coors Light swilling football fans. UT fans in Austin still shudder when they think about Buckeye fan in all his glory.

Problems for them:

1. Cael
2. Pennsylvania's mother lode of talent

their propensity for the dark arts and way too many singlet designs holds them back too.

But I have to admit if its not us I want an eastern team to win the championship and geography is on their side. Also if Ryan would nut up and bring his team to PA in early November for a match at the beav I would consider taking a few of the things I have said about the state of ohio over the years. But just a few mind you.

If PSU can't win, I'm rooting for Edinboro -- that would be the best thing that could happen to the sport. Plus coached by a Penn Stater.

Since when did Ohio State become an eastern school?

There's a ton of schools that I'd love to see do well, even if they don't win being in the top 5. Edinboro has already got there, if they win that would be awesome. Flynn is such an amazing coach, finds talent and draws the best out of kids (Lugo comes to mind last year).

Arizona State is sitting on a ton of unheralded talent (and bringing heralded talent in). I think they could lock up that SW hub. I'd love to see a SE school do well to sort of lock up the National Scene...but collegiate wrestling has had its struggles down there. With Florida and Collins Hill down there you'd think some school would step up.
