Nicky Nails was Rudaj's chief enforcer and co-leader, and the "main dispenser of violence," per the US attorney at trial. Presently serving 26 years in federal prison so I believe the nickname is available for use.

He had great "mob hair". Philadelphia Inquirer columnist Steve Lopez coined that term. Fit Little Nicky perfectly....aaand we're back to mob names. CMT would be proud.

Nico (Neeko) has been replaced by Nicko (Niko) in my frail mind. Just soften the vowel and your good to go.
